Monte Blanco was forged from an alliance that made it what it is today. Fruit of the union of two flavours, two types of wisdom. Firstly, the local people, rooted in their natural environment, with no secrets and avid defenders of vineyard farming with no frills or short cuts. These are our fields. Our life. Our identity.
Then, when the grapes are safely inside the winery, a different type of wisdom sets to work in perfect harmony with the first. This wisdom successfully extracts every single distinguishing feature of our Verdejo and drives the process of making and watching over the wine.
